Thomas Raymond Dierker June 6, 1926 - February 25, 2015 Thomas R. Dierker, 88, husband of Audrey Umbach Dierker, died peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, February 25, 2015. Tom was a faithful Catholic, generous and devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend to many. Father of eight children; David T. Dierker (Bonnie); Barbara Weaver (Brian), Mark Dierker, Michele Laumer, Timothy Dierker (Rene), Bill Dierker (Anne), Joseph Dierker (Elizabeth) and Thomas A. Dierker (Ann Marie), grandfather to 28 and great grandfather to 9; stepfather to Audrey's six children and their families. Graduate of St. Xavier High School Class of 1944; graduate of Miami University Class of 1947; served in the United States Navy from 1944-1946; employed by DuBois Chemicals from 1952-1987. His first wife and mother of his children, Judy Hagerty Dierker, predeceased him in 1995. Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to Catholics United for the Poor. Visitation is from 9:00 am until 10:00 am, on Saturday, February 28, 2015, at the Church of the Assumption, 7711 Joseph Street, Mt. Healthy (45231).
