It is with profound sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Thomas  Carmack, age 66, of Cincinnati, Ohio, who entered eternal rest on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.  He was born on Monday, March 2, 1959, in Cleveland, Ohio.

Gathering of family and friends is from 2:00 pm until 2:30 pm, on  Friday, April 25, 2025, at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati  (45206).   The memorial service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 2:30 pm.
