Theresa Ann Smith November 29, 1970 - September 30, 2022

It is with sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Theresa Ann Smith, age 51, of Cleves, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Friday, September 30, 2022.  She was born on November 29, 1970, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on  Friday, October 7, 2022, at the Walker Funeral Home - Mt. Healthy, 7272 Hamilton Avenue , Mt. Healthy  (45231).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 3:00 pm.

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
