Theodore Anthony Freeman, age 94, of Cincinnati, passed away on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 in Cincinnati, Ohio.  He was born  November 19, 1925 in Sanford, Florida.

Visitation is from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm on Friday, July 17, 2020 at the Leak & Sons Funeral Homes, 1215 W. Bradley Avenue, Urbana  (61801).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12:00 pm.

Interment will follow at Woodlawn Lincoln Memorial Gardens-Urbana, IL, 1803 N, Coler Avenue, Urbana, Illinois 61801.
