Theodore Blackstone Banks, age 87, of Cincinnati, passed away on Thursday, February 6, 2020.  He was born  February 5, 1933, in Newport, Kentucky.

Visitation is from 9:00 am until 10:00 am, on Saturday, February 15, 2020, at the Church Of The Resurrection, 1619 California Avenue, Cincinnati  (45237).   The Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 10:00 am.

Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery, 1721 Duck Creek Road, Cincinnati, 45207.
