Thelma J. Jiles, age 95, passed away July 28, 2013. Mrs. Thelma M. Jiles was born on September 26, 1917 in Gainesville, Florida to Jessie and Lillie McMillin, where she met Wilbur J. Jiles (deceased). They soon married and a child was born, Eleanor E. Jiles Cole (deceased). They moved to New Orleans in the early 30's where they founded and established a highly successful business, 'Jiles T.V. Repair' on well known Rampart Street. She leaves to mourn her physical loss: Donna Cole-Collins and Deborah Cole-Collins, her granddaughters, four great grandchildren, Alicia Johnson, Tyrone Cole, Sr., Jason Cole, Sr. and Kenneth Collins, II. She also had ten great-great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
