Terry Lenard Carter , age 63, passed away on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born October 12, 1954, in Detroit, Michigan. Visitation is from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm, on Friday, March 2, 2018, at the St. Mary Baptist Church, 416 East 13th Street, Cincinnati (45202). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12:00 pm. Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220.
