Terry L Carr, age 71, of Cincinnati, passed away on Tuesday, December 3, 2019, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   He was born  March 25, 1948, in Birmingham, Alabama.

Visitation is from 11:00 am until 12 noon, on  Friday, December 20, 2019, at the Leap Of Faith Life Fellowship Ministries, Inc., 1806 Brewster Ave, Cincinnati  (45207).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12 noon.

Interment will follow at Landmark Memorial Gardens, 1600 Glendale Milford Road , Cincinnati, Ohio 45215.
