Womack
May 2, 1952 – March 3, 2021
Terrence Womack, affectionately known as "Teco", was born on May 2, 1952, to Ted Womack and Mary Bean in Cincinnati, Ohio. He went home to be with the Lord on March 3, 2021. Teco gave his life to Christ at an early age under the leadership of his late grandparents Reverend A.L. and Mrs. Christina Goodwin, Pastor of Christ Like Baptist Church.
Teco graduated from Woodward High School. Later he took the courageous step to serve our country by joining the United States Army, he was stationed at Fort Riley, Kansas. He was honorably discharged in 1974. He attended the University of Cincinnati. He held numerous positions in the employment industry including the one he loved most Macke Brothers although, his passion was cooking. This passion led him to positions at the Waffle house for many years and the Manor house where he culminated his career.
Teco loved the written word and was a gifted poet who would help others whenever he could. He had an infectious laugh and enjoyed having a good time. Teco loved music and sports and was a very stylish individual.
Teco was preceded in death by his parents: Ted Womack and Mary Bean; brothers: William (Bill) Canyon, Vernon Bean, Paul Bean; children: Darren and Sean Massey, and Terrence Lee James (TJ) Womack.
Teco leaves to cherish his memory: sons, Eric Beamon, Eugene Beamon, Ezzaic Beamon, and daughter, Eloquence Beamon; Sister: Crystal Canyon; Brothers: Albert Bean, Keith Bean; 22 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren, aunts, uncles, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Tuesday, March 16, 2021, at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Everyone attending must wear a mask and practice social distancing.
In keeping with the Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions masks are required in order to enter the service and social distancing must be practiced. Please be prepared to comply for the safety of all.
