May 3, 1955 – November 12, 2025
Terrell Ricardo Lewis (Rickey) was born on Tuesday, May 3, 1955, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was the only son born to the late Terrell and Mary B. Lewis.
Rickey graduated from Western Hills High School in 1973. He served in the United States National Guard. He worked many jobs throughout his life and eventually retired as a licensed CDL truck driver.
Rickey accepted Christ at an early age. He treasured spending time with his family. He and his beloved nephews and nieces shared cherished memories of growing up together in the home of his only sibling, Barbara Moore. Each laugh, adventure, comforting thought, and act of support was a true testimony to their bond and love for one another. Rickey embraced life with open arms and made the most of his experiences, including the challenges. He had a passion for music and especially enjoyed gospel, jazz, and R&B.
Rickey married in 1989 and shared a 31-year marriage with his ex-wife, Dana Easley-Lewis. He was blessed with five children, eight grandchildren, and one great-grandchild, each held a special place in his heart.
Rickey passed quietly in his home on November 12, 2025. He was 70 years old.
Rickey is survived by his beloved sister, Barbara Moore; sons: Kiyon Lewis, Joshua Johnson, and Correll Lewis; daughters: Latisha Johnson and Corisha Lewis; grandchildren: Damin Bonner, Markell Johnson, Jeremiah Johnson, Ashlyn Lewis, Stori Lewis, Brayden Lewis, Kaelyn Lewis, and Jamison Lewis; great-grandchild: Izaiah Lewis; nephews: Adonis, Tony, Thaddeus, and Felix Moore; nieces: Cassandra Walker and Tosha Moore; and a host of family, loved ones, and friends.
