Terrell Oscar Lewis Born in Birmingham, Alabama to the late Terrell Lewis and Hattie Dudley. He was preceded in death by four siblings. He was a member of Golden Leaf Baptist Church. He worked as a taxi driver, custodian for Cincinnati Police, painter, and decorator. He was part owner and oeprator of W&L, a mom and pop store. He also served as a mason. Survived by children, Barbara Moore, Terrell Lewis Jr., step daughter, Patricia Cook. Services at Golden Leaf Baptist Church, December 1, 2010.
