Tara L. Goines, age 49, passed away Thursday, July 16, 2015, in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born December 14, 1965 in Dayton, Ohio. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Thursday, July 30, 2015, at the Walker- Walnut Hills Chapel, 1025 E. McMillan Street , Cincinnati (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Interment is in Baltimore Pike Cemetery at Cincinnati, Ohio.
