Tammy Tyree Johnson, age 48, passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born March 29, 1968, in Fort Knox, Kentucky. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Friday, September 30, 2016, at the Phillips Memorial C.M.E., 839 W. North Bend Road, Cincinnati (45224). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Crown Hill Memorial Park & Mausoleum, 11825 Pippin Road, Colerain Township, Ohio 45231.
