Tamika  Stephens, age 35, passed away on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   She was born  November 17, 1983 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on  Saturday, March 30, 2019, at the House of Hope, 1829 Elm Street, Cincinnati  (45202).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 3:00 pm.
