He was 49 years young. He was born on January 20, 1965 in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Mary Lee Julius and the late Bobby Allen. Steve was a talented and gifted cook. He loved to cook for his family and friends. Nothing made him happier than to cook a great meal and enjoy with his many friends and family. He worked in the dining hall at the Louis Center for many years. He was a crafty thinker, never to be defeated, standing by what he believed. The golden smile he carried and his infectious laugh was recognizable by everyone where ever he would go. He stayed dressed to impress, smooth as one of his favorite bands, The )'Jays. He was a young soul with the heart of the 'Ole School'. Steven leaves behind his fourteen-year-old daughter, Morgan Janelle McDay. She has been his pride and joy. He loved and spoke about her all the time. As the baby brother of nine siblings, he will be greatly missed by his surviving siblings, Terry (Michelle Mehler-Julius) Julius, Oscar (Mary) Julius, Calvin Julius, Sharon Julius, Jacqueline Julius, Troy (Gwen) Julius, Bobby Julius, and Michelle Julius. He leaves many nieces, nephews, and friends. Steven Christopher Julius kept his zeal for life and did so without a complaint. The highlight of many lives as a son, brother, uncle, father, and friend, he will be sorrowfully missed. May he rest in peace. Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, September 26, 2014 at Walker Funeral Home, 1025 E. McMillan Street, Cincinnati, Walnut Hills, Ohio, 45206. Elder James Dugar and Pastor Jeremiah Dugar will officiate. Friends may call from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Interment in Walnut Hills Cemetery. Pallbearers: Terry Julius, Oscar Julius, Jr., Calvin Julius, Troy Julius, Sr., Bobby Julius, Sr., Ryan Julius. Honorary Pallbearers: Norris Sims, and Ja'Quan Julius.
