IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Stephen Ray
Scroggins
May 24, 1956 – March 30, 2022
Stephen Ray Scroggins, 65, born on May 24th, 1956, in Covington, Kentucky to Alton and Doris Scroggins, was called home on March 30th, 2022. He is survived by his wife Linda Scroggins; sons: Shane Scroggins, Jason Motz, and Randy Webb; daughter Emily Webb; brother Rick Scroggins; sixteen grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
He was retired and lived peacefully at home with his wife, where he enjoyed watching TV. Their house was surrounded with pictures of loved ones and memories of a long, happy life.
He loved camping and fishing and taught so many of his grandchildren how to take part in the outside world. He was at every family gathering and always stayed in touch, no matter how far away. He was the constant in a world that continuously changed.
His stories were filled with examples of life and the adventures it held for all of us. Despite how funny his stories may have been, there was always the reminder to enjoy every moment and never let your loved ones go.
There are no amount of words that encompass just how much Steve meant to all of us. He was a beloved husband, father, brother, and grandfather who we lost too soon. There will always be a missing piece of the family as long as he is not here.
Thank you for the years of love you have given us and let us give. We will continue to celebrate your life in all that we do.
Rest easy "Pop", you took a piece of every one of us with you.
