Stephen Douglas Evans, Sr. age 94, passed away on Friday, September 30, 2016 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born March 26, 1922, in Jackson, Mississippi. Visitation is from 11:00 am until 12 noon, on Saturday, October 8, 2016, at the Higher Faith Ministries - Forest Park, 11331 Southland Blvd, Forest Park (45240). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at noon . Interment on Monday, October 10, 2016, at Dayton National Cemetery, 4400 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45428.
