Stephanie Denise Phelps-Powell, age 37, passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2019.  She was born  March 23, 1982 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Saturday, July 6, 2019, at the New Prospect Baptist Church, 1580 Summit Road, Cincinnati  (45237).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.
