It is with profound sadness that we announce the heavenly transition of Stefanie Janelle Spears, age 53, of Cincinnati, Ohio, who entered eternal rest on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, in Cincinnati, Ohio.  She was born on Friday, January 7, 1972, in Cincinnati, Ohio.
