Starlett Parker, a beloved member of our community, passed away peacefully on February 20, 2026, in Fairfield, Ohio, at the age of 74. Born on October 2, 1951, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Starlett was a lifelong resident of this vibrant city, where she touched the hearts of many with her kindness, warmth, and unwavering spirit.

Starlett's presence radiated positivity, and her compassion for others was evident in all aspects of her life. She devoted herself to her family, friends, and the community, leaving an indelible mark on everyone she encountered. Her legacy will be cherished by those who had the privilege of knowing her.

A visitation will be held on March 11, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church, located at 722 Oak Street in Cincinnati. Following the visitation, a funeral service will take place at 11:00 AM, also at the church. After the service, Starlett will be interred at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, located at 3701 Vine Street in Cincinnati, starting at 12:30 PM.

Starlett Parker's memory will live on in the stories shared by her loved ones and in the countless lives she has positively impacted throughout her journey. She will be profoundly missed but never forgotten.
