Shirley Ann Whitehead, age 61, passed away on Tuesday, January 8, 2019, in ,  .   She was born  July 24, 1957, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Wednesday, January 16, 2019, at the Walker Funeral Home - Gilbert Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at Walnut Hills Cemetery, 3117 Victory Parkway, Cincinnati 45206.
