Lack, Shirley Rae , age 69, passed away on February 27, 2007. Beloved mother of Tracy Sydnor and Bill (Linda) Lack. Loving grandmother of Amanda Sydnor and Corey Lack. Memorial service on Saturday, March 10 at 10:00 am at Crossroads Chapel, 3500 Madison Road (45209), In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mercy Fairfield Hospital Cancer Care Unit in her name.
