Shirley R.  Mullins, age 84, of Covington, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, December 1, 2021, in Covington, Kentucky.   She was born  May 4, 1937, in Covington, Kentucky.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm, on  Friday, December 10, 2021, at the Ninth Street Baptist Church of Covington, 231 East Ninth, Covington  (41011).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12:00 pm.

Interment will follow at Mary E. Smith Cemetery, 1120 Martin Luther King Blvd., Elsmere, Kentucky 41018.

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
