Shirley Ann Frazier, age 80, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Sunday, January 10, 2021 in Cincinnati, Ohio.  She was born  April 9, 1940, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Monday, January 25, 2021, at the House of Hope Formerly New Prospect Baptist Church (Old Location), 1829 Elm Street, Cincinnati  (45202).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Everyone attending must wear a mask and practice social distancing.

Interment will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery, 4521 Spring Grove Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45232.

In keeping with the Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions masks are required in order to enter  the service and social distancing must be practiced.  Please be prepared to comply for the safety of all.
