IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Sherry Ann
Clifford
November 7, 1964 – May 20, 2025
Sherry Ann Clifford, best known as Red, was born on November 7, 1964, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to the late Perry Jones and Brenda G. Clifford, who adored her and gave her the name "Red" at a young age. She grew up with an amazing stepfather, John Pattmon, and no one could break their bond. She will also be reunited in Heaven with her beloved godson, Delorean, whom she always called "Little Boy."
As we all knew, she loved being a Catholic girl. At a young age, she attended St. Martin's Catholic School and later graduated from Seton High School, an all-girls Catholic school. She also graduated from Moler Hair School. Red was a hard worker throughout her life. In 2004, she began working at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. She loved her co-workers and even found herself some besties—but most of all, she loved hugging, smiling, and interacting with the children. She never played about the children—she was always so happy to see them. Some would say she lit up around them. They all adored her and even gave her the nickname "Sheby."
Red was the life of the party—crazy, funny, real, bossy, and a great mother. Some would even call her the "Food Patrol." Everybody loved her, especially the love of her life, Fletcher C. Ewing, whom she met in 1990. Over 35 years, they accomplished a lot together. She loved him and was proud to call him her soulmate. She would always say, "Fletcher, you know better," and he would laugh and give her a kiss.
Red loved her four girls and cherished them deeply. She taught them how to be loving, strong, positive, hardworking, and most of all, how to stand on business.
She leaves to cherish her memory: Her soulmate: Fletcher C. Ewing, Nine siblings: Michelle (Zsa Zsa), Saint, John, Jeffery, Perry, Damon, Brian, Bernadette, and Timbory. Four daughters: Landeria (Quintin Sr.), Lakenderia, Jonici'a (Ashton), and her baby, Zsa'eshia. Fourteen grandchildren: Quinicia, Christiana, Quintin Jr., Kendale Jr., London, Quinasia, Quintaz, Jordan, Khaidyn, Quinear, Ra'Shyia, A'zarian, Wynter, and Harlem. One greatgrandson: Mykell Beebe Jr. Two nieces: Zhane and Bradie. Three nephews: Lil John, Chuckie, and Baby John. And a host of beloved family and friends
Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at the Walker Event Center, 3939 Reading Road (Corner of Reading and Paddock), Cincinnati (45229).
