Shelby Nicholas Duncan, age 74, of Middletown, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, December 10, 2020 in Fairfield, Ohio.   He was born January 14, 1946, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on  Tuesday, December 22, 2020, at the Walker Event Center, 3939 Reading Road (Corner of Reading and Paddock), Cincinnati  (45229).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 3:00 pm. Everyone attending must wear a mask and practice social distancing.

In keeping with the Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions masks are required in order to enter  the service and social distancing must be practiced.  Please be prepared to comply for the safety of all.
