Sheila Elray Bines, age 59, passed away on Sunday, April 21, 2019 in Cincinnati, Ohio.   She was born January 24, 1960 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 3:00 pm until 4:00 pm, on Saturday, April 27, 2019, at the Rose Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, 761 S. Fred Shuttlesworth Circle, Cincinnati (45229).  The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation and will begin at 4:00 p.m.
