It is with deep sadness we announce the transition of Shawn Dale Duckworth, Sr., age 49, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Friday, May 17, 2024, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   He was born on October 12, 1974, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Gathering of family and friends is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on  Friday, June 7, 2024, at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati  (45206).   The memorial service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 3:00 pm.
