Sharon Kay Watters was born on January 2, 1960 in Cincinnati, Ohio at General Hospital. She was the third child and only daughter that blessed the union of Alfonzo and Essie Watters. She attended Woodward High School and graduated in the class of 1978. After graduation Sharon became employed by Cincinnati Water Works for a number of years. Sharon was a very friendly person and never met a stranger. She was known for her witty demeanor particularly among children. She was a mentor and motivator to them all, encouraging them to be and do the best they possibly could. Sharon accepted Christ in 1978 at Southern Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend James E. Milton. Sharon Kay Watters, age 55, departed this life on Sunday, February 15, 2015 at 2:24 p.m. Sharon leaves not to mourn but to cherish her precious memories to: her parents, Alfonzo and Essie Watters; her brothers, Randy Watters, Richard Watters and Daryl (Marion) Watters, West Palm Beach, FL; great aunt, Georgia Brooks, Cincinnati, OH; aunts, Ida (Eugene) Liddell, Jackson, MS, Carrie (Sloan) Gresham, Anniston, AL, Althaun (Isom) Watters, Oxford, Al, Carolyn Haynes, Anniston, AL, Jackie O'Neal, Anniston, AL; niece, Nicole Watters; nephew, Jordan Watters, a host of cousins and friends. Funeral Services will be conducted at 12:00 pm on Monday, February 23, 2015 at Southern Baptist Church, 3556 Reading Road, Cincinnati (45229) with visitation from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm.
