Scott Anthony Tarvin , age 33, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  passed away on Friday, January 8, 2021, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   He was born  February 24, 1987, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

The gathering is from 2:00 pm until 2:30 pm on Friday, January 29, 2021 at the Walker Funeral Home, 7272 Hamilton Avenue, Mt. Healthy, 45231.  The memorial service will immediately follow the gathering beginning at 2:30 pm. Everyone attending must wear a mask and practice social distancing.

In keeping with the Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions masks are required in order to enter  the service and social distancing must be practiced.  Please be prepared to comply for the safety of all.
