Sandra Marie Powell, age 68, passed away on Friday, July 7, 2017 in Fairfield, Ohio. She was born November 11, 1948, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Saturday, July 15, 2017, at the Christ Emmanuel Christian Fellowship, 2324 May Street (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, 45220.
