Sandra J. Cooper (ne Parker), 65, died November 14th, 2014 at her home in Northside, Cincinnati, OH. A memorial service will be held from 3-5pm on Friday, Nov. 21st at Douglas and Stewert Funeral Home, 3939 Reading Road, Cincinnati, OH 45229 Ms. Cooper was born December 4th 1948 in Cincinnati to Leonard and Phylis Parker. Married to Robert ('Bobby') Cooper for 15years, she was mother to Scott Cooper ('Scottie'). Sandy is survived by her son of 44 years, Steven Parker and 45 year old daughter, Cherilyn Scott; her brother Michael Parker and sisters Linda Parker and Allison Johnson (ne Parker).
