Samuel Banks Meatchem, age 47, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  passed away on Monday, May 24, 2021, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   He was born  July 15, 1973, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm, on  Wednesday, June 2, 2021, at the House of Hope Formerly New Prospect Baptist Church (Old Location), 1829 Elm Street, Cincinnati  (45202).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12:00 pm. Everyone attending must wear a mask and practice social distancing.

In keeping with the Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions masks are required in order to enter  the service and social distancing must be practiced.  Please be prepared to comply for the safety of all.
