Samuel Charles Mays, III, age 54, passed away Friday, May 28, 2010, at Mercy Hospital, Anderson Township, Ohio. He was born August 12, 1955, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Samuel C. Mays and Mary Williamson. He was a resident of Pasadena, Los Angeles County, California. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and he served from January 29, 1974 to January 27,1978. He is survived by his mother, Mary J. Mays, son, Jamel William Mays, daughter, Sarah Ashley Mays, brothers, Jeffrey, Philip and Paul Mays, sisters, Valerie Mays, Stacy Mays, Mary Famble. He was preceded in death by brother, Frank Mays and sister, Madeline Mays. Interment in Riverside National Cemetery in Pasadena, California.
