Samuel E. Johnson, age 68, passed away Friday, October 30, 2015, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born November 18, 1946, in Tuskegee, Alabama. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Saturday, November 7, 2015, at the Walker - Mt. Healthy Chapel , 7272 Hamilton Avenue , Cincinnati (45231). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Interment will follow Spring Grove Cemetery in Cincinnati, Ohio.
