Samuel H. Jackson, age 91, passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2016 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born October 1, 1925, in Paris, Kentucky. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Saturday, January 7, 2017, at the New Mission Missionary Baptist Church, 4809 Ravenna Street, Cincinnati (45227). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Laurel Cemetery - Madisonville , 5915 Roe Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45227.
