Samuel Caswell, age 70, passed away on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 in Covington, Kentucky. He was born November 4, 1945, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Saturday, November 12, 2016, at the First New Shiloh Baptist Church, 710 South Fred Shuttlesworth Circle, Cincinnati (45229).
