Samantha Rose Holloway, known affectionately to many as Sam, passed away on May 2, 2026, at the age of 30. Born on October 1, 1995, in Cincinnati, Ohio, she lived a life marked by dedication, kindness, and a profound commitment to her family and community.

Sam’s journey began in her hometown of Cincinnati.  She was the beloved daughter of Eric Holloway and the late Alison Walls. Throughout her life, Samantha was deeply devoted to her children, Jace and Ivy, who remain a central part of her enduring legacy.

Her presence will be fondly remembered by those who knew her, as she touched lives with her genuine spirit and unwavering love. Samantha’s enduring values and strength will continue to inspire her family and friends who mourn her passing.

A visitation will be held on May 8, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., followed by a funeral service from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The events will take place at Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, located at 2625 Gilbert Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45206. These services provide an opportunity for family, friends, and the community to come together in memory of Samantha, to honor her life, and to support one another during this difficult time.
