Ruth A. Parker, age 81, passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2016, in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born July 23, 1934, in Wetumpka, Alabama. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Saturday, March 5, 2016, at the Christ Emmanuel Christian Fellowship, 2324 May Street, Cincinnati (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Interment will follow Vine Street Hill Cemetery in Cincinnati, Ohio.
