Ruth Jane Eldridge April 3, 1948 - June 10, 2023

Ruth Jane Eldridge, 75, of St. Bernard, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 10, 2023, with her family and friends by her side. Known for her kind and compassionate ways, Ruth will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Ruth was born April 3, 1948, to the late Paris and Pauline Lewis.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her beloved son, Robert Edison Eldridge Jr. (Mary); brother, Freddy Lewis; and cousin, Faye Schmitt.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Melynda Jane Eldridge; her devoted grandchildren, Zachary Dube (Krista), Felicia, Emily, and Preston Eldridge; great-grandchildren, Theodore and Katie Dube; caring siblings, Paris Lewis Jr. (Sharon), Paula George (Tom), JoAnn York (Jerry), Jerry Lewis, Marelyn Barbe (Joe); niece, Rachel Derrenkamp; nephew, Joshua Lewis; extended family, Amber Wess (Eli) and Ethan and Erin Wess; and a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.

Visitation is from ten o'clock in the morning until twelve o'clock noon, on  Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at  Walker Funerals and Cremations - Mt. Healthy Chapel, 7272 Hamilton Avenue, Mt. Healthy  (45231).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at twelve o'clock noon.

There will be a graveside service at three o'clock in the afternoon on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, at Crown Hill Memorial Park and Mausoleum, 11925 Pippin Road, Colerain Township, Ohio (45231) with interment to follow.  (Cemetery location: Masonic Garden, Lot 185, space B4).
