Roy Neal Franklin Jr., age 87, passed away on Wednesday, May 22, 2019, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   He was born  October 23, 1931, in Catlettsburg, Kentucky.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Tuesday, May 28, 2019, at the St. Stephens A.M..E Church, 1627 Fairfax Avenue, Cincinnati  (45207).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at Crown Hill Memorial Park & Mausoleum, 11825 Pippin Road, Colerain Township, Ohio 45231.
