Rosie Inez Parsons , age 83, passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 in Hamilton , Ohio. She was born July 14, 1934, in St. Charles, Virginia. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Friday, January 5, 2018, at the Walker Funeral Chapel-Mt. Healthy, 7272 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati (45231). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Crown Hill Memorial Park & Mausoleum, 11825 Pippin Road, Colerain Township, Ohio 45231.
