Rosie  Smith , age 71 passed away on Sunday, February 17, 2019, in Blue Ash,  Ohio.   She was born  March 21, 1947, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Saturday, February 23, 2019, at the New St. Paul Baptist Church, 1907 Freeman Avenue, Cincinnati  (45214).   The memorial service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

Interment at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220.
