It is with deep sadness we announce the transition of Rosetta  Neal on Saturday, February 24, 2024.

Visitation is from 9:00 am until 10:00 am, on  Thursday, March 14, 2024, at the Word Of Deliverance Ministries for the World, 693 Fresno Road, Cincinnati  (45240).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 10:00 am. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy she leaves behind.

Interment will follow at Dayton National Cemetery, 4400 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45428.
