Rosetta D. Blair, age 84, of Cincinnati, passed away on Sunday, April 5, 2020 in North College Hill, Ohio. She was born May 6, 1935 in Alcoa, Tennessee.
Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm on Thursday, April 16, 2020 at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 3:00 pm.
