Rosetta M. Bess, age 77, passed away on Monday, October 31, 2016 in Blue Ash, Ohio. She was born August 29, 1939, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Saturday, November 5, 2016, at the Crossroads Community Church, 3500 Madison Road, Cincinnati (45209). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00a.m. Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220.
