Rose Brown Schwachter was born August 4, 1896, in Louisa, Lawrence County, Kentucky.  She entered eternal rest on December 20, 1984 in Youngstown, Mahoning County, Ohio.  She was 88.

The daughter of David and Libby Levine Brown. Her Father was a prominent early Williamson West Virginia businessman. They owned and operated Browns Dress Shop for many years. She was the widow of Harry H Schwachter who operated Schwachter's Dress Shop in Williamson, West Virginia.

Graveside services were held at Walnut Hills Cemetery, 2220 Victory Parkway, Cincinnati, Ohio 45206.
