Rose C. Garrett, age 89, passed away on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born April 18, 1927, in Talladega, Alabama. Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on Saturday, July 16, 2016, at the Walker- Walnut Hills Chapel, 1025 E. McMillan Street , Cincinnati (45206).
