Obituary

Rosalious Collins Jackson was born to the late Julia Mae Collins and John Lee Jackson; in Cincinnati, OH on April 4, 1950. Rosalious attended Taft high school and graduated in the year 1967, in which he received a 4 year scholarship to Ohio State for academics. Later he went on to become a Merchant Marine where he was responsible for transporting cargo and passengers on Merchant ships outside of the United States. This lead to his career at Complete General Construction company to become a Crane operator, until he retired from the Local 18 Listen to International Union of Operating Engineers. In the days of his youth Rosalious enjoyed many hobbies which included blowing, swimming, chess, and his favorite hobby he loved the most was marital arts, where he studied two disciplines Karate and Judo. The things Rosalious enjoyed the most in life included nice clothes, he was a person that loved to dress. He enjoyed listening to music, Jazz being his favorite. He also love to spend time with family and close relatives. Rosalious will be dearly missed by all who loved and knew him. Rosalious was proceeded in death by his sister Louvonice Griffin, and his brother Johnny Lee Jackson Jr. He is survived by his brother Modtis Jackson; his children Justin and Brittany ; his two grandchildren Kiyana and Orion; 7 Nephews Dion, Ervin, Orlando, Robert, Major, Eugene, Ladonis, and Lavonta; also 6 Nieces Vickie, Yvette, Jessica, Lynne, Rinney, and Celathia.
