It is with profound sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Rosa  Lena Sechrest, age 99, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Monday, December 16, 2024, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   She was born on Tuesday, January 13, 1925, in Edmondson, Arkansas.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Monday, January 13, 2025, at the Ninth Street Baptist Church of Covington, 231 East Ninth, Covington  (41011).  The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy she leaves behind.

Interment will follow at Mary E. Smith Cemetery, 1120 Martin Luther King Blvd., Elsmere, Kentucky 41018.
